Now that Remy Ma's Mackie marriage to Papoose has been blown to smithereens for the rap battle, Remy apparently professed her “love” for her new man, Eazy the block captain.

Remy, 44, addressed the speculation head-on during his annual Chrome 23 battle rap competition on January 5 as Eazy The Block Captain took on fellow battle rap star Shotgun Suge.
In a clever attack on Remy who seemed to choose him over Papoose, Eazy launched into his intense rap, mocking Papoose's “Alphabetical Slaughter”, shouting:
“I mean, all this alphabetical massacre shit, but what happened when it stopped at E?”
The lyricist rubbed salt in the wound with his next lines, challenging Rémy to openly confess his love for him.
“I'm only gonna bring this shit up once/Since y'all wanna be on the front line/Hey yo, Remy, don't you love me?” he asked, to which the woman from New York replied, “Yes!” off camera.
The crowd lit up as Eazy finished his fiery rap solo with:
“See there, that’s the punchline.”
Shortly after the clip went viral, Eazy's ex-girlfriend Hurricane Du claimed he recycled her bars after asking her the same question during a rap battle.
Eazy The Block Captain claimed Papoose was well aware of his relationship with Remy
As previously reported, during 2023's Chrome 23 rap battle, hip-hop star Geechi Gotti targeted Remy with a verse accusing him of cheating on Papoose with Eazy The Block Captain. He also fueled a rumor, suggesting that her angry husband had knocked the Philadelphia rapper unconscious for dating the hip-hop icon.
Then, the cheating scandal involving Remy and Papoose reached a new dramatic level in December 2024. took a little turn when professional boxer Claressa Shields fired back at the “Conceited” rapper after claiming Shields had an affair with Papoose. As if that wasn't enough, Eazy added fuel to the fire, claiming that Papoose knew about his alleged relationship with Remy for two years.
“This nigga already knew it!” I know he's trying to play the victim and all that, but he's famous. He knew it two years ago. I ain't gonna lie, don't let that nigga do your hair, Eazy said during an interview with The Ball last month.
Notably, the battle rapper further inflamed the situation by alleging that Papoose discovered their secret relationship after planting a “recording device” or “bug” in Remy's car.
It seems that the drama between Rémy and Papoose is far from over.
