Southern Hospitality Season 3 Premiere: Where Is Each Couple?

The Southern hospitality During the season 3 premiere, the cast was very popular and not everyone was able to speak.

“He'll outplay you!” TJ Dinch warned Amy Charette in the opening minutes of the Thursday, January 2, premiere after several of their cast members claimed that her boyfriend, Will Kulp, was unfaithful. “I bet you fixed that bitch,” TJ yelled at Will.

While the episode set up a lot of future drama between Emmy and Will, they weren't the couple who fought to start the season. In fact, most of the episode took place three months before TJ insulted Will about his alleged infidelity.

It was TJ and a former best friend Joe Bradley who had the worst relationship during the premiere after Joe said he couldn't “trust” TJ anymore after TJ claimed that Joe grappled with Luan de Lesseps while he briefly dated Summer houses Daniel Oliver.

“Joe meeting Luann is iconic” Maddie Reese said to the cameras, while Joe claimed it didn't matter if he actually had sex with her The Real Housewives of New York alum.

While most of Joe's cast mates playfully poked fun at his rumored hookup with Luann, TJ was convinced that he “cheated” on Danielle when he made out with Luann in New York. This friction led to a massive falling out between Joe and TJ, which, according to the premiere, affected the entire group.

Maddie Reese and Joe Bradley

“Yeah, I'm dating Joe Bradley,” Maddi revealed during the premiere, noting it former friends had made things official earlier that year. “I guess I've always liked Joe.”

Maddi admitted: “Making it romantic was just a huge risk. At the same time, I know that this man is in love with me.

The last time fans saw Maddi breaking up with Trevor Stokes after he cheated on her during season 2 of the series. Meanwhile, Joe has always had feelings for Maddie, exclusively telling We in December 2024 that they became official in April of that year.

“I feel safe, secure. That's all I need right now,” Maddi said on Thursday's episode about her relationship with Joe. Even after TJ told her that Joe allegedly “cheated” on all his previous girlfriends, Maddi did not panic.

Joe, in turn, told the cameras, “Dreams really do come true” after “Maddie Reese finally agreed to love me again.”

Elsewhere in the episode, some of the Southern hospitality cast claimed that Will was not honest with Amy about their romance. “I just feel bad for her. I know we've both heard that Will is bad running behind her,” TJ said Mia Alariowho confirmed that she had heard similar stories.

“Will was absolutely destroyed in Republic. Talking about how much he hates Amy and hates his relationship and she's so annoying,” Mia told the cameras.

TJ added: “I've heard him say, 'I just don't think she's my person, and now that she's sober, she's no fun anymore.'” Joe also confirmed that he's heard Will say some mean things too things.

Mia no longer works at Republic Garden & Lounge, but she is still friends with the cast. She even FaceTimed with TJ from Trinidad and Tobago (where she trained for Miss World) to give an update on her romance with Troy, who she started dating in Season 2.

“Troy and I are so in love it's actually disgusting,” she admitted. “Being away from him for three months has been excruciating. But I definitely post a lot of pictures of my breasts. He likes it. “

TJ and newbie Mikol aren't an item, but they did reveal that they tried going out once before the cameras started rolling. “One night I got drunk and kissed him,” TJ told Bradley, noting that after Mikol drove him home, he left her in the vehicle.

While TJ said he was nervous about dating the 21-year-old, he continued to try to get close to Mikols throughout the premiere. Things got even more awkward after TJ brought Michols coffee one day.

“I started having feelings,” Mikol said, noting that “out of nowhere” TJ brought him a drink and made him feel like he was “playing games.”

The one-time best friends admitted they haven't “spoken at all” in four months after TJ accused Joe of lying about his affair with Luann during their Season 2 reunion, which aired in February.

“Joe was definitely hooking up with Luann. He was dating Danielle when he was dating Luann,” TJ claimed, adding that he was “giving Joe a chance to tell the truth because everyone already knew.”

Joe never confirmed his relationship with Luann, instead claiming that “TJ betrayed my trust” with his accusations and “sabotaged” his relationship with Danielle in the process. (Danielle and Joe it was discontinued in February after meeting in November 2023.)

TJ said he distanced himself from Joe after receiving a series of mean text messages from Joe calling him a “rat.” In the final moments of the premiere, Joe tried to talk to TJ, but he refused to engage.

“I'm just not ready (to talk),” TJ admitted. Joe began to walk away, announcing, “I'm done.”

Bradley and Maddie feuding throughout season 2 after they both claimed that the other ruined one of their past relationships by spreading negative rumours. However, they seemed to bury what hatched until Season 3 began filming.

“Maddie and I are good. I'm not going to hold on to the past,” Bradley explained, and Maddie agreed. “Brad and I are cool,” she told the cameras.

After Season 2, Maddi and Emmy butted heads Amy was promoted DJ for Assistant General Manager. Emmy was later demoted, which seemed to help ease the tension between the women.

Emmy also revealed during the premiere that she was eight months sober, which brought her closer to Madi, who hasn't had a drink in years. “It's really nice to be in a good place with Amy,” Maddi said.

Amy added that after Maddi started dating Joe, their friendship improved. “Maddi and I had a real camaraderie last year,” she said.

Friends of Maddi and Emmy, who fell out last year when Joe didn't defend Will against cheating allegations, also rekindled their friendship before filming. During Thursday's episode, the foursome played pickleball and joked about how far they've all come.
