M. Night Shyamalan is either one of the worst directors to ever step behind the camera or a creative genius depending on who you ask and which movie you're talking about, but no one can argue with the success of his first film. People who, in addition to Mina and Madeline, include Georgina Campbell (aka Barbarian) as Ciara and Irish actor Oliver Finnegan as Daniel, wander around during the day but always return to the safety of the bunker and The Coop every night to perform for audiences. With the limited number of participants and locations ranging from The Coop to the forest and another angle of the forest, it might seem Watchers was a low-budget Netflix original, although it was actually entirely self-financed M. Night Shyamalan. Which is to say, no matter how creepy or scary the premise is, and there are some good gags, some people made up their minds about the movie long before it hit theaters.
The problem of nepotism cannot be avoided

There are other changes, but in true Shyamalan style, the story has its own twist.
Watchers is currently available on Netflix, while you can watch M. Night's other daughter perform in it Trap switched on Max. It cannot be denied that nepotism was involved in both projects, but it is also true that there are much worse horrors today, such as the above Tarotand indeed, both films are worth watching and judging for yourself.
