Swift will add a new wing to her oceanfront property in the exclusive Watch Hill neighborhood of Westerly, according to a building permit obtained by the Providence Journal.
The expansion will include an additional bedroom measuring approximately 16 x 24 feet, as well as additional bathrooms.
As part of the renovation, the singer is also updating her kitchen. Although the exact number of new bathrooms has not been disclosed, the total cost of the project, including labor and materials, is estimated at $1.7 million.
Swift's sprawling 11,000-square-foot property, known as High Watch or Holiday House, sits atop a picturesque cliffside and features 700 feet of private beach.
