Sunny Hostinhusband Emanuel “Manny” Hostinwas named in an insurance fraud lawsuit filed in New York.

The real story here is an insurance carrier that abuses the legal system to restrict and limit health care benefits for its insureds and their passengers, and would write off his duties.
