Tony BennettThe children are not in sync with each other.
The daughters of the late singer Johanna Bennett53, and Anthony Bennett50 years old, filed a petition against their brother By Andrea “Danny” Bennett70 on Jan. 3, emphasizing that they had “serious concerns” about his role as trustee of their father's estate, according to documents obtained by People. Johanna and Antonia said in their filing that they each received just $245,000 from her trust, while their brother Danny's company RPM received about $2.6 million in commissions.
“Without more information about Tony’s income, it is unclear whether the payments Danny was making to him exceeded what he was contractually owed,” they alleged in their filing, according to People. “Representations and management agreements provided by Danny indicate that commissions paid to (his company, RPM Productions) appear to have been much higher than they should have been based on Tony's income.”
The sisters initially filed a complaint against their half-brother Danny in June, depending on the point of saleover assets from their father's estate which they said had not been found following his death in July 2023 at the age of 96.
