Traitors stars ask if Dylan's brother Zac Efron is a 'good actor'

Things got heated when Traitors the contestants arrived Dylan Efronbrother Zac Efron — and his acting skills.

During the latest episode, which premiered on Thursday, January 16, Dylan, 32, called out Bob Drag Queen at roundtable expulsion meeting.

“I really think he's a traitor. Like, what's an easier game for a traitor? I'd play a very quiet game because I can't be rowdy,” he said. “What would Bob do? Bob is an amazing actor. “

Dylan used his experience with Zak, 35, adding: “I grew up with the actor.” Without missing a beat, Bob, 39, replied: “Not good.”

The rest of the cast wasn't thrilled with Bob's search for Zach. “It wasn't nice,” Dolores Catania noted, before adding later in the episode: “Good job Dylan. And listen, your brother is a good actor.

Zac, 37, has been a big topic of conversation on the competition show, although he has yet to perform. He previously became a star after many roles in TV and movies, including 2006 High School Musicalwhile Dylan spent more time behind the scenes working as a producer and stuntman on various projects.

“I've been behind the camera. But not being behind the scenes has been a really nice change,” Dylan exclusively shared Us Weekly In September 2023, about his plans to try something new. “So I think as long as I can wear all those hats and still create the stories I want to tell (that would be great). It's really nice to be able to experience that for myself. It's a good mix of both worlds.”

“I could never do what Zac does. I play myself in front of the camera while Zach plays the characters. It's two different skill sets,” he added. “He can play different characters and I can only play myself.”

After working on Netflix documentaries Down to earth with ZachDylan praised his older brother setting a good example on set.

“I like doing things with my brother. It's a really comforting thing to be with my family (and) doing those things. It's always going to be the highlight of what I like to do. But I think it's good that we do things separately as well ,” he continued. “Because I remember at the time we wanted to do a show together, and I really wouldn't have been in front of the camera all my life, and it's been second nature to him, so for me had to grow up.

Dylan said he would be thrilled to work with Zak on a project again in the future. “Now will be the right time,” he shared. “We're still thinking (about what to do). We're in the process of thinking. We really want to take a step back and see what stories we want to tell, how we can do that and enjoy ourselves. We want to keep smoothing it out.”

Before Dylan became a huge star Traitors season 3, Zac subtly showed support for his brother's latest endeavors.
