An inquest was recently held at London's Inner West Coroner's Court to further investigate the circumstances of Samantha's death.

However, just before any evidence was presented, the Warwick family's lawyer, William Chapman, moved to delay the actor's availability.

The actor needed to connect remotely to investigate, but encountered technical issues that could not be resolved.

In his plea, Chapman argued that the hearing should be adjourned because the actor's absence would mean he would not be able to follow or fully participate in the inquest process.

In response, Assistant Coroner Jean Harkin agreed to the request, saying she believed the actor would “probably want to participate in this inquest.”
