It's so cold in Washington, DC that politicians are going to have to warm up their inauguration speeches.

As president Joe Biden and vice president Kamala Harris hand over the reins to the president-elect Donald Trump And J.D. Vance During the presidential inauguration on January 20, the American capital experienced intense cold.

In fact, the temperature is so low that the White House flag rigging is frozen, that is, the flags that were flying at half-staff after the president's death. Jimmy Carter we could not be raised to their full height until the end of the morning.
