The Hollywood star was initially forced to evacuate his home in Brentwood, near the Pacific Palisades border, because the flames threatened his safety.
Ben Affleck also recently settled his divorce from his ex-wife Jennifer Lopezwho is believed to have contacted him during the ongoing fires.

Ben Affleck is being investigated by the FBI at his Brentwood home
On Sunday, FBI agents and officials from the LA County Sheriff's Department visited Affleck's “Bachelor's Pad” home.
According to Daily mailit is unclear if Affleck was home during the visit. The agents remained at the gate for some time but apparently got no response.
It seems they also used a bell box next to the actor's gate, but it was never opened. Agents then went to the gate, presumably to call it back, but this too was unsuccessful.
however TMZ reports that the actor is not in trouble, as agents only arrived to investigate a collision between a drone and a firefighter plane.

The news outlet says the Super Scooper plane helped fight wildfires raging in Los Angeles, which have so far claimed 24 lives and destroyed thousands of properties.

The actor is grateful that his house was not affected by the fires
Affleck's home was spared from the wildfires, and a source shared that the actor is “grateful” his property wasn't burned down.
He initially fled to Garner's house for safety, but returned the next day, possibly to check on his house after learning it was still standing.
