Why Britney Spears' son Jaden makes her cry every day

Singer Britney Spears says she cries every day now that her son Jayden is back in her life, but that's not necessarily a bad thing!

The “Oops! I Did It Again” singer has two sons, Sean Preston and Jaden James, with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline. Although they had a strained relationship while she was under a court-ordered conservatorship for 13 years from February 2008 to November 2021, it looks like she and Jayden are making up for lost time quickly!

Just before New Year's Eve, the “Toxic” singer took to Instagram to share three photos of her son Jaden, looking visibly older in an oversized red t-shirt and baggy jeans. He has a gold chain around his neck as he stands in the middle of the field, not looking at the camera.

In the caption, Britney claimed he was 'mine forever' before adding: 'It's weird we're like twins but he's a boy and I'm a girl!!!' She admits that she hasn't seen him in almost three years and is “shocked” to see that he looks so much older than the last time she saw him.

“He came back and feels older and wiser than me !!! He is a man and I cry every day because he is a miracle and a genius!!!” she wrote. “When he plays, the whole earth shakes!!!” Jaden reportedly returned from Hawaii to live with Britney in California and explore music schools in the area.

Just a few days ago on Christmas, the Crossroads actress shared a video of herself kissing her son on the cheek while a fireplace crackled in the background. Britney looked visibly excited as she clutched a glass of wine and cuddled up to her son in front of the camera.

“Best Christmas of my life!!! I haven't seen my boys in 2 years!!! Tears of joy and literally in shock everyday coo coo crazy so in love and blessed!!! I am speechless thank you Jesus !!!” she wrote in the caption of the post, which has been liked more than 625,000 times.

Although things have been tough for the pop princess in recent years, it seems things are finally looking up. Her relationship with her boys seems to be better than before, says the source Us Weekly that she is “thrilled” to mend her relationship with Jayden and Sean.

“He's open to working things out with his mom and seeing where things go. Britney was so excited to hear from him; (it) means everything to her,” a source told the publication after Jaden reportedly reached out to her, looking at schools in the area.

Although there have been headline-grabbing conflicts in the past, Britney's relationship with son Jaden seems to be better than ever. Although Shawn still lives with her father in Hawaii, her improved relationship with Jayden seems to be good for their relationship as well.

An insider told the publication that Britney and Jaden “have gotten along great” and that “Britney is confident that they will have a thriving relationship in the near future.”

“That's all she talks about,” another person revealed. “She would love a second chance with them.”

Although he is on the mend with his sons, it seems that he and his mother are still strained, Lynn Spears. An insider told the publication that things have been “rocky” between them, but Britney still “wants to improve” their relationship.

“She misses her and is sad about her family dynamic,” the source added.
