13. Travis has three personal trainers—Alex Skacel, Andrew Spruill And Laurence Justin Ng– and, according to Athleticswe usually accompany him wherever he goes to make sure he stays in shape to catch the football all year round.
Alex, who is also a physical therapist, remembers Travis wanting to go for a run late at night after attending many shows during Paris Fashion Week because he missed working out that day.
“It's midnight and we're sprinting across the bridges over the river,” the coach told New York Times in April. “No matter where he is, he finds time to do whatever he needs to do.”
14. Travis's personal chef, Kumar Fergusonhas been a friend since fourth grade in Cleveland Heights.
He was an amateur cook working as a truck driver in 2016 when Travis called him and offered him this opportunity.
“He says, 'Hey man, I want to take my diet seriously and take it to the next level,'” Kumar said. Vanity Fair in 2023. “I'm like, fuck it, let's do it. Three or four days later, I was in Kansas City.”
He's responsible for everything from stocking Travis' refrigerator to delivering well-balanced lunches to the Chiefs' practice facility.
